40 Hours of Non-Stop Worship and Prayer
Nov

to Nov 4

40 Hours of Non-Stop Worship and Prayer

Revelation 4: 8b "Day and night they never stop saying: “‘Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty,’[b] who was, and is, and is to come.”

Busy? Tired? Stressed out? We live in a hectic world and we tend to find ourselves juggling schedules and trying to deal with the challenges of life the best way we can. The answer to it all is turning to God in Worship and Prayer. As we turn our full attention on Him in reverence, He promises to manifest His Presence, and fill us till we overflow.

Let’s gather as the body of Christ for 40 hours of non-stop, unhurried, uninterrupted and unhindered time with the Lord,.

WHAT & WHY?

We are going to have continual worship and prayer for 40 hours on our campus. This is going to be a sacred time to gather as the body of Christ, to continually pray and worship in the Presence of the Lord. A time to turn our full attention on Him in reverence and we are expectant that as He promised, He will manifest His presence and fill us till we overflow. We desire to have that overflow spread into our homes, jobs, schools, communities and the Nation on a daily basis. It is our prayer that this event will jump start a culture of continual worship and prayer in our lives.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE?

We are expecting a powerful move of God, as He manifests His Presence through music and the exercise of the charismata or spiritual gifts, specifically the vocal ones; prophecy, tongues and interpretation.

// Be expectant! Start praying now so that you are able to  hear from The Lord.

// Fasting is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. Please consult your Physician if you are taking medication.

// Bring your journal or a notebook and a pen to write down any word you may receive

// Bring bottled water

// Bring a shawl or a light blanket to keep you warm

*Please note that you do not have to stay for the entire duration of the 40 hours. Click the link below for more details.

Worship is a gateway! There are many situations in the events in the Bible when it looked like all hope was lost, but through the power of Worship, God showed up in a powerful way. With the every day struggles, issues and attacks, how do you and I tap into or yield the weapon of worship?

We are dedicating our first fruits of the month of June to learn and actively worship the Lord. This weekend is not just for the Praise and Worship Teams, it is for all of us who are children of God. Join us, and don't forget to bring a friend as we go deeper into His Presence.
