Harvest Jam 2017

Harvest Jam 2017 will be an incredible live concert by the top Christian Hip-hop & Urban gospel artists, filled with ministry and worship, all while encouraging believers and sharing the gospel with those who have yet learned to trust Christ. This will be a family/community event for all ages which will also include but not limited to moon bounces, face painting, rock wall climbing, vendors, food trucks and more!

• The power of Grace in your daily living.

This is an annual conference held by Jael Ministries, founded by Minister Jeanne Mwanza, on Friday July 7 and Saturday July 8. This conference is perfect for anyone who seeks to cultivate a hunger for Christ and who desires to live a life of perpetual encounter with Him. The theme for this year is ” Ask For The Rain”, as we believe that God is ready to pour down His rain on those who are thirsty for Him. There will be a variety of sessions led by dynamic speakers over the course of the two days, and times of worship.

In gratitude of those who risk their lives daily to serve and protect us, we are celebrating those in the Military, Police Officers, Firefighters and Volunteers from the Olney and Wheaton area this Sunday. Please wear red, white and blue outfits as we celebrate Independence week.

Brain Power!

Brain Power is a community health fair featuring brainy activities for all ages! Coinciding with Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month, it will comprise educational seminars, screenings and activities related to brain health, nutrition, exercise, martial arts, yoga, mental wellness, stress management, brainy games for memory and thinking skills, and sleep hygiene. In addition, we will "go purple" and host a cookout fundraiser for "The Longest Day" to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's Disease in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association.
